Service Description

Enjoy the many therapeutic benefits of our infrared sauna in a private and healing atmosphere, complete with our herbal tea bar and meditation space. You can come alone or bring a partner—the cost covers up to two guests at a time. You may fully disrobe or bring a swimming suit (according to your personal preference). Infrared saunas utilize a uniquely designed heating element made from a specific ceramic that emits infrared energy. This energy is the same wavelength as sunlight, resulting in the soothing and deep warmth you feel when exposing your skin to sun. It’s like harnessing the healthier aspects of sunbathing but without extended exposure to the damaging aspects of UV rays. Some of the amazing health benefits of infrared saunas are: - detoxification - improving physical performance - reducing arthritic pain and inflammation - alleviating anxiety and depression - boosting mood and energy levels - improving cardiac function / circulation The temperature can be adjusted to suit your unique needs or preferences (between 90-140 degrees). This booking is for the sauna room by itself, not in combination with our other modalities. Each session is 30 minutes total (including undressing/dressing time).
